Applicable Law

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Regardless of the method of arbitration, the arbitrator shall render a reasoned written decision explaining the arbitral award, its underlying findings and conclusions, if any. Entry into force and interpretation of the Agreement 
1. This Agreement shall take effect when you click on the registration page of this website, complete the registration process and obtain an account and password for this website, and shall be binding on you and this website.

Indemnity 
1. In no event will our liability to you for direct damages exceed the total charges incurred by you for three (3) months of use of the services provided by the Site.
2. If you breach this Agreement or any applicable law or administrative regulation, you shall pay us at least $2,000,000 in damages and bear all costs (including attorneys' fees, etc.) related to such breach. If such damages do not cover actual losses, you shall make up the difference.
